I tried right clicking and uninstalling all ELAN entries then rebooting, but then my keyboard stopped working and I had to use system restore. You can follow the question or vote as helpful, but you cannot reply to this thread. You can disable the automatic update via: 1 Type device and printers in the search bar, then click Device and Printers. It’s good to delete the previous driver because the automatic driver installed cannot be the right one, uninstall the the device under device manager and manually install the driver.
